Tommie Sjef Spróng | Wild Ale Witte Wine We cold-macerated both the CarignanOrigin: Dutch Content: 75 CL Type: Wild Ale Percentage Alcohol: 7. 4% Untappd Score: 4. 11 Sprng is a blend of wild ales, aged from six months to four years, with Sicilian sage. For this vintage, we sought to enhance the sage's herbal qualities, along with a fresh, lively, yet distinctive blend of various oak puncheons (500 and 400 liters) and a rustic saison. The nose reveals spicy aromas of fresh sage, oak, bergamot peel, green jasmine tea, and even
