A Judicial Administration Official Shoulder Board, Pay Group 1 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 1921 by the Inter-Allied Government(Schulterstck). Constructed of maroon maroon wool with a card stock core, topped by a band of silver aluminum wire piping interwoven with two bands of gold bullion wire piping, and pinned with a Judicial cypher, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), demonstrating the loss of most of the wool underlay through mothing, in uniform removed and poor condition.
