Lycoris rosea Pink Panther Manchuria region China This Mark Zilis hybrid of(aka: Lycoris PDN005) Lycoris x rosea 'Pink Panther' is a dwarf, but prolific, flowering Margot Williams cross of Lycoris sprengeri x Lycoris radiata var. pumila that produces an abundance of 15" tall, cinnamon colored stalks starting for us in mid August. Each stalk is topped with up to 7, narrow petaled, rich pink flowers each highlighted by a central rosy pink stripe. The foliage emerges in fall and remains until late spring.
